Wash and go

Along with classic Italian cafes, laundrettes are trades from the past. I have some fond memories of doing the weekly laundry at the laundrette three doors down from my parents shop. Maybe I just got excited by the size of the dryers - big enough for me to get into, or maybe it was just the sickly perfumey smell of detergent.

Although I haven't used a public laundrette in decades, I don't pass up on the opportunity to take a few snapshots if a laundrette seems inviting.
