The red and white

Like many things I take pictures of, I'm never quite sure as to what the fascination the subject holds to me until I notice I have a collection of similar things. I like the fact that traffic cones are frequently found moved from their original spots and sometimes dotted around serving no apparent purpose. Is it still a tradition for students to steal them?
